If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Securely pack the device, cables, and manuals in the original box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
